Emergency pricing
We don’t gouge on emergency calls. Same $189 spring repair, $149 cable, $129 opener diagnostic during business hours. Overnight (9 PM – 7 AM) and Sundays add a $99 after-hours surcharge. That’s the only emergency fee — no “priority dispatch fee” or “weekend rate.”

What to do while you wait
- If door is stuck OPEN — don’t try to force it closed. Pull the red manual-release cord (hangs from opener trolley), then lower the door by hand slowly. Don’t stand under it.
- If door is stuck CLOSED with car inside — pull the red cord, lift the door by hand. If it’s too heavy to lift (spring broken), stop — we’ll be there shortly.
- Do NOT keep hitting the opener button. You can burn out the motor, strip the gear, or snap another cable.
- Keep kids and pets out of the garage until we arrive.
